Rules and Regulations


(1) SCHOOL TIMINGS

    8:20 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.

(2) VISIT OF PARENTS
Parents can visit the Principal
between 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

 

(3) ATTENDANCE IN SCHOOL
student shall not be allowed to appear in the examination if he/she has not put in a minimum of 75% of total attendance of the academic session. However Due to COVID situation and government guidelines attendance baar has been removed from our side. 

 

(4) SCHOOL FEES

(a) The school dues shall be payable for 10 month of the year

(b) Fee dates will be 5th to 15th of the month.

(c) If the fee is not deposited on the above dates,then it will be accepted only with a fine of Rs. 100

(d) Office hrs. for depositing fees 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

 

RULES OF CONDUCT

(1) Punctuality is the soul of discipline. All are expected to bein school on time. Late comers and absentees with out the Principal's Signature will not be allowed in class. A leave note form the parents or guardians explaining the absence of their ward is absolutely necessary& without it, the student will not be admitted in class.

(2) Neatness in dress sets the tone of a school and it can never be over emphasised. The unifrom and personal cleanliness is a "MUST"

(3) Every students must possess the calendar or hand book on which all the directives are printed inclusive of songs to be sung, Principal's and Class Teachers remarks and leave absence late attendance records. This hand book must be brought daily to class and the Assembely.

(4) All students are responsible to the school authorities for their behaviour in and out of school. In order to maintain the discipline and high tone of the school
reports on students will be recorded by the
Teachers from time to time. They will check out :
(i) Unsatisfatory conduct.
(ii)Poor study habits, home-work and daily lesson, habitually not done.
(iii) Disturbance caused by the student in class.
(iv) Long and unexplained absence, irregular attendence, habitual idleness.

(5) Our school is an English medium school and in order to acquire fluency in speaking the language all students must make it a point to speak only English on the school premiss, Parents to must encourage this, otherwise your aim in putting your child in an English medium school in defeated.

 

 

ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWL

(1) To be admitted into K.G.1 a child should have completed four years in july of the same academic year. An IQ test will be administered before the admission for which a Registration fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged. Moreover the child must be six years incompleted to be admitted in class.
(2) As this is an English medium school a student who has been studying through any other medium can not be admitted unless his/her knowledge of English is quite satisfactory.

(3) All new Admitted student be personally accompanied by  their parents at the time of admission. They are responsible to the school authorities for the child's study at home, their regularity of attendance and payment of fees in school. 
(4) Students coming from a recognised school are required to submit a transfer certificate from the previous school. A student coming from any other state than M.P. is required to get the T.C. countersigned by the Educational inspector of the school of that
state
 (5) An Entrance Examination will be held for students seeking admission in this school. They will be tested in the general matters of the previous class to which they are seeking admission.

(6) An application for the school leaving certificate should be made by parents of Guardian's at least 10 days before the actual taking of the T.C. which will be issued only during office hours.

(7) A calendar month's notice must be given before the actual withdrawal of a students otherwise a month's fee will be charged.

 

LEAVE OF ABSENCE
(1)
 Leave of absence may be granted to a student for valid reasons and only on the previous written application from parents or guardians.

(2) All students must attend class on the re-opening day after each spell of vacations. A student who has been absent will be fined.

(3) No student will be allowed to leave the school premises without the express permission of the principal.

(4) Please not that students will not be send home in an emergency with anyone who might come for them during school hours without a written request from the parents.
